In 2018, our company has expanded its activity by adding to our range of products the distribution of frozen fish.

We dedicate all our efforts to obtain quality frozen products and a fast and efficient service at any destination, both nationally and internationally.

Some of the frozen products are: Mackerel (Scomber Scombrus), Chub Mackerel (Scomber Colias), Bogue (Boops Boops), Sardine (Sardina Pilchardus), Horse Mackerel (Trachurus Trachurus).

In order to achieve a quality product and an efficient service, careful daily work is required at every stage of the process.

Once the boats arrive in port with the catch of the day, the buyers choose the best of the catch by selecting the product according to each customer’s demand.

The product is carefully selected according to our customers’ specifications. It goes then to the refrigeration facilities for freezing.

There are several freezing systems. For quality and market demand we propose I.Q.F Brine.

The fish is sorted according to species and sizes. The result is a product in pieces/kg or grams/piece adapted to each customer.

  • The Frozen Product is packed in a cardboard box with a plastic bag that protects and guarantees the hygiene of the product for its subsequent distribution.
  • As a general rule, the packaging is in boxes of 20 kilos or 10 kilos, but it can be adapted to the client’s demand according to order.
  • Finally, the product is labelled and shipped to its destination.
